1. How to enter: Sweepstakes begins 12:00 AM (ET) 07/10/07 and ends 12:00 AM (ET) 01/31/08 ("entry period").  Customers are entered into the giveaway by filling out an entry form at girlsgotgame.com within the “entry period". Alternatively, all eligible participants can mail a 3x5 index card with complete name, address, email address, daytime telephone number (including area code) and the words “I have READ and AGREE to the Official Rules of the girls got game Ticket Giveaway” written on the card.  All mail-in and web based entries must be received by 12:00 AM (ET) 01/31/08. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one entry per person.

2. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia, excluding Florida and Rhode Island.  You must be 18 years of age or older as of 07/10/07. girls got game employees, their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each of girls got game and each of its respective affiliates, suppliers, distributors, supplier(s) of the prize for the sweepstakes and advertising/promotion agencies are not eligible.  Contest subject to all applicable Federal, State, local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Acceptance of a prize shall constitute and signify the winner's agreement and consent that girls got game may use the winner's name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, except where prohibited.  By participating, entrants release Sponsor from and against any injury, damage, claim and action arising from sweepstakes participation or prize possession, use, nonuse or misuse. girls got game and those working for girls got game or on behalf of girls got game, will not be responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or postage due mail, or for Internet, computer hardware and software, phone, and other technical errors, malfunctions, and delays. Entries which are mutilated, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, forged, irregular in any way, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules are also void.

3. Judging: Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about the week of 01/31/08 from among all complete and eligible entries. Drawing will be conducted by girls got game whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

4. Notification: Prize winner will be contacted on or around 02/12/08 and will be sent a written notification letter along with an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release, where legal, via U.S. mail. If chosen winner does not respond and confirm acceptance within 7 days, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected, time permitting.

5. Prizes: (1) Grand Prize: Winner will be drawn at random and will receive two tickets including travel and lodging, (dates and companies to be determined), to one of the NCAA Women's Championship Game's being held April 6 & 8, 2008 in Tampa Bay, Florida. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) up to U.S. $2,000.00. No substitution or transfer of prizes, except by Sponsor. Taxes and expenses not specified herein are winner’ responsibility. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: U.S. $2,000.00.

6. General Conditions: By entering the sweepstakes, the winner agrees to waive any and all claims against the Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, agents and representatives for personal injury or loss, which may occur from participation in the sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of the prize. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. No copies, facsimiles or reproductions of entry form will be accepted. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.
